As of May 2024, KISD families spoke 25 different languages other than English. This unique diverse population adds a rich heritage of multilingualism and appreciation of diverse cultures to the district.
Kennedale ISD is committed to supporting Emergent Bilingual students and their families by:

- Promoting the social and emotional development of students so that they may be successful in school and beyond,
- Utilizing high-quality instructional programs that are designed to meet academic and language development needs, and
- Foster family partnerships that encourage and support engagement in education.
