Mrs. Katie McBroom has been teaching for 19 years. This is her 7th year to teach for KISD. She currently teaches OnRamps Chemistry and Honors Chemistry. Mrs. McBroom serves as the Science Department Chair at Kennedale High School. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Oklahoma Christian University, a master's degree in Education and graduated in 2020 with a second master's degree in Chemistry from Grand Canyon University.  Mrs. McBroom enjoys spending time with her family and performing and directing community theatre when she is not teaching.
