Assistant Principal, Campus Behavior Coordinator, Alisha Cunningham
I cannot believe this is my 26th year in education! It seems like only yesterday that I walked into my 5th grade classroom for the first time as a brand-new teacher. My journey has afforded me many opportunities to teach grades fourth through eighth. I have served as an Instructional Coach, District Science Specialist and for the past six years an Assistant Principal in Arlington ISD. No matter the grade level or the job title, one thing that remains the same is my love for kids and my passion to support teachers. I love supporting teachers to create the absolute best learning environment and opportunities for their students.
I received my Bachelor's Degree from Sam Houston State University and my Master's in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. My hopes and dreams for the future are to become a campus principal and create an amazing campus environment for kids and staff.
In my spare time I love spending time with my husband, two boys and two dogs. I love to watch football and baseball. You can often find me cheering for my Houston Astros and Houston Texans.
I am so happy to join the Patterson family and cannot wait to meet each of you when we return to campus.
