Benefits

The Employee Benefit Portal offers detailed information about the employee benefit program including summaries, claim forms, administrative forms, customer service numbers, provider directories, and direct links to the insurance carriers. 

All new hire enrollment elections must be completed in the benefit online enrollment system within the first 31 days of benefit eligibility employment. Failure to complete elections during this time frame will result in the forfeiture of coverage.

Mid-plan year changes in benefit elections can occur only if you experience a qualifying event and must be completed within 31 days of your qualifying event date.  Contact Human Resources for additional information.

EAP

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential information and counseling service provided as a free benefit to you by the Kennedale ISD Employee Benefit Plan.  Help is easy to access with unlimited and confidential online and phone support (1-800-854-1446). Additionally, up to 3 in-person visits with a Licensed Professional Counselor are available at no additional cost. Your counselor may refer you to resources in your community for ongoing support.
