ASCENDER Parent Portal
The ASCENDER ParentPortal gives you access to all of your children’s school data, which includes assignments, grades, attendance, text or email alerts as well as information on any disciplinary actions and immunization records.
Who needs an ASCENDER ParentPortal account?
- New parent user and do not have a parent portal account, you must create your account.
- Returning parents who actively used the parent portal last year, you can log in this year with the same username and password.
- Returning parent and do not have a parent portal account, you must create your account.
Accessing the Ascender Parent Portal
- Go to the ASCENDER Parent Portal Homepage
- Create an Account
- Enter User Information
- Security Questions
- Once you have an account you will be able to gain access to your student's records by obtaining a ParentPortal ID from your child's campus.
- The parent must inform the campus of the email address used to register the parent portal account.

How to reset your password
You have two options for resetting your password:
1. user name
2. email addressUSER NAME
1. enter your user name
2. click NEXT
3. you are prompted to enter the answer to one of your security questions.
4. enter your answer and click NEXT
5. enter your new password twice
6. click FINISH
7. the MY ACCOUNT page opens
EMAIL ADDRESS
1. enter your email address
2. click RESET PASSWORD
3. a message is displayed indicating that instructions for resetting your password were sent to the email address entered. -
How to retrieve your username
Forgotten user name-If you have forgotten your username, you can look it up, but you cannot change it.
Forgotten password-If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it. You can also change your password at any time.
From the Login page, click the link below the log in fields to go to the RECOVER USER NAME/RESET PASSWORD page.
RECOVER USERNAME
1. Enter your email address.
2. Click Recover User Name.
3. A message is sent to your email address that contains your User Name. -
How do I get my PORTAL ID?
To obtain your PORTAL ID, please contact your child's campus.

1. From the Login page, click Create Account- Create a username and password
- Enter email* and mobile number
* Use an email address that you will remember and have access to. - Set up a security question
2. Log on
