The Information Technology (IT) Career Cluster focuses on building linkages in IT occupations for entry level, technical, and professional careers related to the design, development, support, and management of hardware, software, multimedia, and systems integration services. Students in the IT cluster have the opportunity to earn industry certifications including CompTIA A+, CompTIA IT Fundamentals, and Microsoft.Students at Kennedale High School have the opportunity to take courses in the IT cluster by following the career cluster pathway below. Students who complete a coherent sequence of at least three courses for four or more credits will earn the Business and Industry endorsement. The number of credits for each course below is indicated in parenthesis.
